After years of working in the private and public sectors, she’s designed a process for delivering development that are strategies easily executable by city leadership.

As a LEED AP Certified consultant (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), Alisa creates economic development plans anchored in sustainability and resilience to address climate change. Her strategies are forward-thinking and encompass the full spectrum of foreseeable change communities may encounter.

Alisa was recognized as a DJC Women of Vision Honoree in 2021 by the Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC). This award distinguishes women in the Portland region shaping the built environment with their technical skill, leadership, mentoring, community involvement and the creation of opportunities for the future generation of women in the industries.
